Purchased a used truck from Subaru of North Orlando in March 2026 and the actual sales process was smooth. The staff was helpful, answered questions, and the truck was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication from finance/title staff has been inconsistent, callbacks and emails often went unanswered, and I’ve repeatedly had issues getting paperwork and registration handled correctly. My temporary tags expired twice, leaving the truck unusable while I still have no permanent registration or clear answers. Great vehicle and initial buying experience, but the follow-through after the sale has been very disappointing.
It was my first, but not last, time of getting my oil changed. It was fast, the staff was very pleasant and took the time to answer several questions that I had. They did not rush me nor at anytime did they act as if they were in a hurry

I called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, and rear brake service minutes before I arrived and I was helped immediately. John took care of me when I arrived. I was in and out in a couple of hours and the final price was better than the original quote. Excellent service!

Everyone was very nice. Appreciate the snacks and drinks available at no cost. I was told 2 hours for 6 month service and it was just a tad over an hour. So very pleased with the way they worked hard to get everything done and people on their way.

As soon as I got there the service department readily went over what work was to be done and took care of it faster than what they said the wait would be. I can't remember his name but he had glasses and blonde hair, when they were done came to get me in the waiting area, went over what things would probably have to be done next or to keep an eye on and then I paid and I got into my car where he said it would be and it was another quick, easy and no pressure visit

John was very helpful and understanding. He reserved a loaner car for me to use while my car was in for a 5 yr major maintenance. The service team was very thorough and found something that needed attention as it could become a safety issue. They needed to keep my car overnight for the extra work to be done. I was able to take the loaner car home. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and professional.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was referred to the north location by a friend who highly recommended Kelly. Unfortunately, Kelly wasn't there, but Jason took excellent care of me and my dog, Moose. We wanted less than an hour, and Moose enjoyed walking around the sales staff to say hello and get ear rubs. Several staff members offered to give Moose a treat, and he couldn't say no! The employees made us feel welcome, and Moose had a great time.

He approached me while I was getting my 2018 oil change. Said he had a 2025 that I could trade in. I was not looking to do that however he took me out to look at the car went in and did an estimate. Oil change was completed on time. They did an inspection as well. All was well.
They described the service to be completed. They asked me if I wanted to have a car wash afterwards. When the car was finished, I was told what was completed, what they were monitoring and advised when I needed to return.

The service team inside is wonderful. John Reilly is great! I think the techs may need some training or supervision. I had to bring mu car back, 2nd time in a month to grr a loaner. A tech did not screw in my Transmission fluid plug, so it leaked all over my garage and out of my car my entire drive home and to work for a week almost. They also left a snap on tool under my hood.

The waiting area was comfortable with complementary snacks and beverages and there was a TV with local news for viewing.
