Subaru North Orlando began over 50 years ago in nearby Tampa, as a service facility for all brands of cars, but with a focus on the air-cooled Subaru models. Peter Mastro Sr. was a skilled technician and built a nice business taking care of repairs and service. Subaru connected with Peter, and Florida's first Subaru retailer location was born. With the fuel crisis of the 70's, small imported cars became popular and business grew quickly.
Peter Sr. passed away at just 51 years old. His family took over the business and continued in their father's style of no-nonsense, straightforward business dealings. As time passed, Subaru grew in popularity, business expanded, and the location was renovated, expanded, and continued to serve the Tampa market.
In 2007, this location was purchased near Orlando. Located just outside Lake Mary, our greater Orlando Subaru dealership is one of the leading car dealerships in Subaru North Orlando, Sanford. We set ourselves apart from other Orlando-area car dealerships by upholding professionalism and transparent sales practices.
2020 brought the acquisition of the 2 locations by Myers Auto Group of West Palm Beach. The Myers Group is also a family operation and represents brands including Kia, Land Rover, Jaguar, Aston Martin, and McLaren.

Purchased a used truck from Subaru of North Orlando in March 2026 and the actual sales process was smooth. The staff was helpful, answered questions, and the truck was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication from finance/title staff has been inconsistent, callbacks and emails often went unanswered, and I’ve repeatedly had issues getting paperwork and registration handled correctly. My temporary tags expired twice, leaving the truck unusable while I still have no permanent registration or clear answers. Great vehicle and initial buying experience, but the follow-through after the sale has been very disappointing.
It was my first, but not last, time of getting my oil changed. It was fast, the staff was very pleasant and took the time to answer several questions that I had. They did not rush me nor at anytime did they act as if they were in a hurry

Everyone was very nice. Appreciate the snacks and drinks available at no cost. I was told 2 hours for 6 month service and it was just a tad over an hour. So very pleased with the way they worked hard to get everything done and people on their way.

As soon as I got there the service department readily went over what work was to be done and took care of it faster than what they said the wait would be. I can't remember his name but he had glasses and blonde hair, when they were done came to get me in the waiting area, went over what things would probably have to be done next or to keep an eye on and then I paid and I got into my car where he said it would be and it was another quick, easy and no pressure visit
